Ved at forene frivillighed og uddannelse vil TORM hjælpe børn, unge og familier, samt tilbyde deres medarbejdere muligheden for at blive frivllige på tværs af en række Røde Kors aktiviteter. 

TORM og Røde Kors vil i samarbejde kæmpe for at fremme uddannelse og udvikling på tværs af aldersgrupper. Dette vil i høj grad inkludere TORM´s medarbejdere, som vil få rig mulighed for at engagere sig i Røde Kors' arbejde på tværs af forskellige kampagner og projekter. 

Fordi TORM brænder så meget for uddannelse, vil medarbejderne få mulighed for at engagere sig i Røde Kors-aktiviteter, som de selv kan skalere og tilpasse i forhold til, hvilke de helst vil engagere sig i. Her vil der især være fokus på Røde Kors Sprogland samt lektiecaféer, hvor man vil kunne hjælpe med at træne det danske sprog via aktiviteter og samtaler. Medarbejderne vil også kunne hjælpe borgere på kanten af arbejdsmarkedet med at komme i uddannelse eller i job ved at blive Job- eller Uddannelsesmentorer, samt stå til rådighed for lokalsamfundet via Røde Kors Parat.

By combining volunteerism and education, TORM aims to support children, young people, and families, while also offering its employees the opportunity to volunteer across a range of activities with the Danish Red Cross.

TORM and the Danish Red Cross will work together to promote education and development across all age groups. This partnership will actively involve TORM’s employees, who will have ample opportunities to engage in initiatives through various campaigns and projects with the Danish Red Cross.

Because TORM is deeply committed to education, employees will be able to participate in the Danish Red Cross' activities that they can scale and tailor based on their personal interests. There will be a particular focus on Red Cross Sprogland and homework cafés, where employees can help others practice Danish through activities and conversations. Additionally, employees can support individuals on the outside of the labor market by becoming Job or Education Mentors, or by being available to assist the local community through Red Cross Parat.
